Using You tube videos and materials published and proliferated on Internet on various sites like Ezine directories , Article directories, and other places are not cases of outright copyright infringement. Those materials are  lawfully obtained under a common license provided under the terms and conditions of those sites which you have submitted your work willingly.You need to remove and disable all materials from those sites first before instituting a complain here. If you institute a frivolous and bogus claim and disrupt any operation of Financeam.com you will be liable to us for attorney costs and monetary damages the site incurs.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
